The unique golden banner “Big Pineapple” circular parking lot turntable attracted frontline exposure and was designed by Ignite Architects. The design concept takes natural materials, sunlight, nature, and vegetation as the entry points; Focusing on user comfort and functionality; Create a minimalist and vibrant atmosphere; Simultaneously integrating top-notch intelligent management systems, effectively reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions.

The project has won multiple design, commercial property awards, and certifications. Currently, it is the only five-star green A-level commercial building on the north coast of Auckland that has been awarded 5-Green Star Design and As Built rated.
项目由商业楼和停车场两部分组成，二者面积几乎相同，停车场主体建筑是由独特冲孔铝板做的全包式外立面，共5层，每层面积约为1630平方米，“大菠萝”圆环造型则由异形双曲铝板构成，ALTOP为其提供整套铝幕墙系统。
The project consists of two parts: a commercial building and a parking lot, with almost the same area. The main building of the parking lot is a fully inclusive exterior facade made of unique perforated aluminum panels, with a total of 5 floors, each covering an area of approximately 1630 square meters. The “Big Pineapple” ring shape is composed of irregular hyperbolic aluminum panels.ALTOP provides it with a complete aluminum curtain wall system.
