The architectural scale of the Mecca Mosque is grand, with the most outstanding being the meticulously carved 92 meter high 11 minarets. 禁寺广场整体结构呈圆环形，它由四层组成，分别是底层、一层、二层夹层和屋顶，是穆斯林礼拜的地方，ALTOP负责其广场整体的圆环形钢结构。

其中，mobile mataf walkway的大型钢连接抱箍（collar）是本项目的重难点，抱箍用作椭圆钢柱（pillar）与横梁的刚性连接，钢梁的结构承重都通过钢抱箍传递到椭圆钢柱，整体圆环结构的稳定性依赖于钢抱箍。
Among them, the large steel connection hoop of Mobile Mataf Walkway is the key and difficult point of this project. The hoop is used as a rigid connection between the elliptical steel column (pillar) and the beam, and the structural load of the steel beam is transmitted to the elliptical steel column through the steel hoop. The stability of the overall circular structure depends on the steel hoop.
钢抱箍采用20~30mm厚度的S355J2 Z25高强度结构钢板制作，整体呈椭圆形（长短轴781mmx549mm），内腔需要与钢柱椭圆外轮廓相匹配，要求椭圆的形位尺寸公差精度在1.5mm内，外侧连接钢梁及拉杆的安装孔精度0.5mm，钢抱箍的焊接要求及加工尺寸精度要求极高。
The steel hoop is made of S355J2 Z25 high-strength structural steel plate with a thickness of 20-30mm. The overall shape is elliptical (with a long and short axis of 781mm x 549mm), and the inner cavity needs to match the outer contour of the steel column ellipse. The dimensional tolerance of the ellipse is required to be within 1.5mm, and the installation hole accuracy of the outer connecting steel beam and pull rod is 0.5mm. The welding requirements and machining dimensional accuracy of the steel hoop are extremely high.
