本项目工程的重点难点在前期的系统设计上，采用断桥隔热window wall系统，本系统参数要求较高，系统U值2.6，使用window wall 系统模拟curtain wall的外观，保证了幕墙的性能，在隔音和防火方面比curtainwall更有优势，降低了幕墙的材料成本，安装也方便，减少室外作业，施工效率高，比curtain wall安装时更安全。The key and difficult point of this project lies in the early system design, which adopts a bridge insulation window wall system with high parameter requirements and a system U value of 2.6.
