该建筑占地2400平方米，由高26层和10层的两座塔楼组成，底部以群楼相连接而成。建筑外观呈海浪造型，柔和而流畅的线条，呼应着圣基尔达海岸线。幕墙光滑质感的增幅，神似海浪的涌动，和谐融入的同时，为建筑增添活力。
The building covers an area of 2400 square meters and consists of two towers with 26 and 10 floors, connected by a group of buildings at the bottom. The exterior of the building is shaped like waves, with soft and smooth lines that echo the coastline of Saint Kilda. The increase in the smooth texture of the curtain wall, resembling the surging waves of the sea, harmoniously integrates while adding vitality to the building.

Altop is responsible for the overall exterior facade curtain wall system of the project. The curtain walls of the two tower units are all shaped plates, and the angle and size error range need to be strictly controlled. The wave shape at the top of the main tower is a key and difficult point, with geometric changes on each floor. The shape requires multiple layers of curtain wall panels from different angles to be spliced together. With rich experience and hard strength in complex shapes, Altop ultimately presents the design concept perfectly.
