152 Wharf Street commercial tower高度超过150m，由一层地下室，一层大堂，三层地上停车场，一层设备层及二十层办公楼组成，ALTOP承接了整座大厦的幕墙门窗工程。大厦整体呈现扇形造型，外观采用全幕墙围绕，自带灵动的美感，建成后成为了布里斯班地区商业办公领域的地标建筑。

The height of 152 Wharf Street commercial tower is more than 150m. It is composed of a basement on the first floor, a lobby on the first floor, a parking lot on the third floor, an equipment floor and a 20-floor office building. ALTOP has undertaken the curtain wall and door and window works of the whole building. The building presents a fan-shaped shape as a whole, surrounded by a full curtain wall, with a smart aesthetic feeling. After completion, it has become a landmark building in the business and office area of Brisbane.

该项目采用我司针对澳大利亚昆士兰地区自主研发的单元式幕墙系统。该系统不仅具有良好的水密气密及抗风压性能，能在极限风压8kPa的情况下仍保持稳定的密封性，还具有良好的抗震性能，即使经受10级地震也能保证整体幕墙不受损坏。幕墙板块的所有加工工序均在工厂完成，整体组装偏差不超过1mm，使得施工现场真正实现双人安装，并能将安装偏差控制在1.5mm以内。该系统在昆士兰地区经过多个工程的实际检验，以其稳定的性能和优异的品质倍受客户的青睐。

The project adopts the unit curtain wall system independently developed by our company for Queensland, Australia. The system not only has good water tightness, air tightness and wind pressure resistance, but also can maintain stable sealing under the extreme wind pressure of 8kPa, and has good seismic performance. Even if it is subjected to a magnitude 10 earthquake, it can ensure that the overall curtain wall is not damaged. All processing procedures of the curtain wall plate are completed in the factory, and the overall assembly deviation is not more than 1mm, so that the construction site can truly achieve two-person installation, and the installation deviation can be controlled within 1.5mm. The system has been tested by many projects in Queensland, and is favored by customers for its stable performance and excellent quality.

项目最大的难点在于悬挑的翼形结构。在ALTOP项目部技术部的努力下，我司采用有限元建模的方法，解决了悬挑结构的抗震及风振的难题，体现了我司的技术实力。

The biggest difficulty of the project is the cantilever wing structure. With the efforts of the technical department of the ALTOP project department, our company has solved the problems of seismic and wind vibration of the cantilever structure by using the finite element modeling method, which reflects our technical strength.

项目过程中，ALTOP项目部体现了认真负责的态度，严格遵照公司质量管理规定，认真履行材料品牌报审、材料进场验收、材料送检、样板先行、现场检测、工序验收、隐蔽验收以及成品保护；在重要、重点部位，与建设单位、幕墙顾问单位和监理单位组织进行厂家预验，提前把控，精益求精，进一步提升本项目幕墙工程的整体效果。
