阳光海岸大学（UNISC）成立于1996年，隶属于澳大利亚教育部的一所综合公立大学，是澳大利亚现今成立时间最短和发展最快的大学之一，UNISC鼓励在课程发展、教学、研究、建筑设计、技术应用等方面发挥创新精神，提供专门为现代大学和现代工作环境设计的一系列不断发展的课程计划。
University of the Sunshine Coast (UNISC), established in 1996, is a comprehensive Public university under the Ministry of Education of Education in Australia and one of the shortest established and fastest growing universities in Australia today. UNISC encourages innovation in curriculum development, teaching, research, architectural design, technology application, etc., and provides a series of developing curriculum plans designed specifically for modern universities and modern working environments.
阳光海岸大学在过去20年里发展非常迅速，目前已有7个校区，遍布昆士兰州，分别是Sunshine Coast校区、Fraser Coast校区、Gympie校区、Noosa校区、Caboolture校区、Moreton Bay校区和Southbank校区。
其中，由ALTOP承接幕墙工程的Moreton Bay校区是澳大利亚公立大学近40年来唯一一个在一线城市规划和建设的全新校区。该校区位于布里斯班市，能容纳2万多名学生，距离布里斯班市中心和布里斯班国际机场各30分钟车程。
University of the Sunshine Coast has developed very rapidly in the past 20 years. At present, it has seven campuses all over Queensland, namely Sunshine Coast, Fraser Coast, Gympie, Noosa, Caboolture, Moreton Bay and Southbank.
Among them, Moreton Bay Campus, where ALTOP undertook the curtain wall project, is the only brand new campus planned and constructed in the first tier city of Australia’s Public university in the past 40 years. The campus is located in Brisbane City, which can accommodate more than 20000 students. It is 30 minutes’ drive from the center of Brisbane and Brisbane International Airport respectively.
阳光海岸大学 Moreton Bay校区主教学楼占地 16,000 平方米，由屡获殊荣的建筑师 Hassell Studios 设计，由澳洲国家建筑公司 Hansen Yuncken 建造。
The Bishop Building in Moreton Bay Campus of University of the Sunshine Coast covers an area of 16000 square meters, designed by the award-winning architect Hassell Studios and built by Hansen Yuncken, an Australian national construction company.
教学楼设计灵感来源于航海帆船，整体配色在原木基调中点缀葱翠绿意，衔接内外空间的自然意境。ALTOP承建了该大楼整体外立面，外立面由异形冲孔铝板和玻璃幕墙构成。在异形冲孔铝板的加持下，建筑既满足了日常光照的需求，还有效的减少了太阳辐射，继而降低了冷却的需要，秉承了可持续发展的理念。
The inspiration for the design of the teaching building comes from sailing ships, with the overall color scheme embellished with lush greenery in the original wood tone, connecting the natural atmosphere of the internal and external spaces. ALTOP undertook the construction of the overall exterior facade of the building, which is composed of irregular punched aluminum panels and glass curtain walls. With the support of special-shaped perforated aluminum panels, the building not only meets the daily lighting needs, but also effectively reduces solar radiation, thereby reducing the need for cooling, adhering to the concept of sustainable development.
