In August 2019, Riyadh BRT Bus Station Project is about to finish and operate. The new bus station was built together by ALTOP Facade Co., LTD and ALGHURAIR CONSTRUCTION ，DAR, YUSEL. The success for building Riyadh BRT Bus Station will build a strong transportation system that contains 24 bus routes and 956 buses. This improved city transportation ability and solved local traffic jam problems.
The Finished Product
After our company accomplished curtain wall material design and material supply for Riyadh Railway Station, Riyadh High Railway Station and other government public projects, we had the chances to work with ALGHURAIR CONSTRUCTION ，DAR, YUSEL, the powerful company in the Middle East again. This time, ALTOP Facade Co., LTD provided the entire design, production and delivery services for Riyadh BRT Bus
Factory Process
After signing the contract, our company started preparing for the project. There were four challenges during the construction process. First, it was tight project timeline. We needed to finish 80 units per month as client requested. It required complete logistics system. All the material should be inspected with 100% certainty then delivering to our clients.
Second, this project contained many systems, including stick bridge curtain wall system, roof constant temperature system, indoor seamless ceiling system, heat insulation system, steel structure, louver door, etc;
Third, it contained over hundreds of different types of international standard architecture materials.
Finally, it required complex handing procedures including high level of accuracy and high level of quality requirements. For example, the height differences of front and back of steel structure, curved steel structure dimension differences and diagonal line dimension difference of combined steel structure, all of the dimension differences should be controlled within 5mm.
Checking In Factory
In order to achieve that, we have set out detailed plans and quality control plans, strengthened quality inspection control for every steps to make sure everything goes right at the very beginning. Moreover, we set out the most optimized production plans and delivery plans to fit the tight project timeline. The first set of Proto type was been produced and installed successfully within 2 months under challenge. It helped our company to receive all good comments and to gain recognition among consultants, main contractors and client representatives.

As for now, we have completed almost 60% of the delivery amount in the contract. Every process is going smoothly and successfully.
